Notes: Henry Stephen Burleigh was born on 5th December 1861 at East Dereham, Norf olk to Samuel & Elizabeth Burleigh, he was christened on the 25th Decemb er 1861. In 1871 (census) Henry is 9yrs old he is living at 24 Church S t, East Dereham with his Parents, Grandfather & Siblings. By 1881 (censu s) Henry is 19yrs old, he is employed as a shoemaker however on Census nig ht he is a Patient at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital in Ward 5. He Obvious ly recovers as he marries Mary Ann Day at Lodden Norfolk in 1888. In 1891( census) Henry is 29yrs old, he is living with his wife & Daughter at 85 Tr afalgar Road, Gorleston, Norfolk. Also living with them is a Lodger Geor ge Simpson a 19yr old Fisherman. By 1901(census) Henry is 39 & is now work ing as a General Labourer, he is living at 31 Trafalgar Rd, Gorleston, wi th his wife, 3 Daughters & Son. Henry Died in 1952 aged 91yrs.
